RULES
1. No powerplaying. This means that you cannot control the actions of other characters or unfairly fight them. Such as: "Dawnfoot leapt at Rabbitnose and scratched his muzzle. She bit down on his ear when he fell down crying." This is not giving Rabbitnose's roleplayer a chance to fight back and it is also controlling him by making him "fall down crying". Let people fight back and never, under any circumstances control their character.

2. Be respectful. Treat others as you want to be treated. If you're being harrassed, please message a moderator for help. If harassment complaints continue, the offender's account will be deleted and their characters shared amongst trusted site members

3. LGBTQ+ characters are allowed and encouraged.

4. Nothing unrealistic, such as wings or unnatural colours or powers. An exception to the rule is if you have a moderator's permission as well as an explanatory backstory that makes sense in the context of the universe.

5. No NPC characters. There are plenty of characters in the clans for you to request relationships with and it only serves to complicate matters. If you mention a new character in a character's backstory, they must be created right after, unless they are a non-clan cat and deceased so they will not appear in-roleplay.

6. Keep your cats to the minimum amount you feel is necessary and try to roleplay them all whenever you have the chance to. Don't forget about Talonpaw just because Flamewhisker is having a forbidden romance!

7. Remember to write in third person in the style of the books! "I" in thoughts is okay, but if you switch between third and first person out of the character's head, it can get confusing quickly!

8. No NSFW or sexualized, inappropriate crap. We have kids on here and this is a freaking cat roleplay. It's okay in PMs, but only if you're positive that the person receiving the message is not going to feel uncomfortable.

9. Respect the rules in and out of roleplay and remember to check on this page regularly in case more things pop up and another rule is added.
